We are looking for Superintendent with 10 + years of construction experience.  Preferably MOB experience.  

Responsibilities

• Obtaining all project specific lists
• Start daily log
• Obtain and review budget and schedule
• Review plans and specifications for potential and/or hazardous problems
• Obtain permits
• Schedule temporary electric, water and telephone/IT service
• Schedule sanitary/port-o-let, dumpsters, job trailer/office
• Designate/schedule fencing, barricades and parking requirements
• Schedule project sign and installation
• Prepare and meet with subcontractors and suppliers at a pre-construction meeting to verify site and building layout/dimensions and report any inconsistencies with the project manager
• Set project work hours

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as construction Superintendent on $12m+ project size
• High School diploma required (College degree preferred)
• Knowledge of building materials and installation methods
• Knowledgeable on retail and medical office building
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literacy and organizational skills
• Blueprint reading and math computational skills
• Certified Supervision Program or equivalent
• 30-Hours OSHA Construction Training
• CPR/First Aid Training
• US Citizen
